Delightfully refreshing and made with vegan ingredients, this mint-raspberry milkshake is sure to please everyone.
- 1 pint fresh raspberries
- 2 pinches fresh mint
- 1 cup vanilla-flavored sweetened almond milk
- 1 cup dairy-free vanilla ice cream
- Combine raspberries, almond milk, ice cream, and mint in a blender. Blend until smooth and you no longer see large pieces of berries or mint, scraping down the sides of the blender during the process as needed.
- Serve in 2 medium glasses.
