Smoothie bowls are a great vegan breakfast option that is gluten free and lactose fee. Try experimenting with different berries, nuts, and seeds.


  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries, plus more for garnish
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds, or more to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped, toasted almonds


  1. Combine banana, raspberries, and orange juice in a blender; puree until smooth. Pour into a breakfast bowl; top with flax seeds, chopped almonds, and extra raspberries.
