Description

A gin martini with a splash of absinthe and a lemon twist is the kind of cocktail that skips the third degree and gets right to the point.

Ingredients

ice
2 fluid ounces gin
½ fluid ounce dry vermouth
¼ teaspoon absinthe
1 lemon twist

Instructions

Put ice in a cocktail shaker. Add gin, vermouth, and absinthe. Shake; strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.
