- 1 (15 ounce) can canned chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained with liquid reserved
- 5 pitted prunes, or more to taste
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 tablespoon stevia sugar substitute (such as Truvia®)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Combine chickpeas, 1/2 the reserved liquid, prunes, olive oil, tahini, stevia, and salt in the bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth.
