These creamy low-calorie strawberry pops are made with cottage cheese and sweetened with stevia.
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- ⅔ cup cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons Neufchatel cheese, softened
- 2 (1 gram) packets stevia powder, or to taste
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Combine strawberries, cottage cheese, Neufchatel cheese, stevia, and vanilla in the bowl of a food processor; process until smooth.
- Pour into 4 ice pop molds and freeze until solid, at least 4 hours or overnight.
