Need a quick and easy side dish? Broccoli and bell pepper are stir fried with sesame seeds for a tasty side dish that complements any meal.


  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cups chopped broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced


  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Saute broccoli and sesame seeds for 2 minutes. Stir in bell pepper and cook 2 to 3 minutes, until pepper is tender crisp.
