Lebanese white coffee isn't coffee at all. It is hot water, rose water, and a touch of crystallized sugar, making an ideal after-meal drink for coffee haters or for who may have over indulged.
- 1 teaspoon rose water
- 1 ½ cups hot water
- 1 teaspoon coarse sugar crystals
- 1 food grade rose petal (Optional)
- Divide rose water between 2 tea cups. Add equal amounts of hot water to the 2 cups. Add 1/2 the sugar crystals and 1/2 the rose petal to each cup. Stir and serve.
