This purple moose smoothie is a tasty combination of blueberries, peanut butter, and banana that will keep you full all morning.


  • 15 ice cubes
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup vanilla rice milk
  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup


  1. Combine ice cubes, banana, rice milk, blueberries, peanut butter, and maple syrup in a blender; blend on low speed. Increase speed to medium-high and blend until smooth.
