Peanut Sauce

Description

This peanut dipping sauce with coconut milk, honey, and cilantro is great for satays, but can also be used to dress salads.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • 4 teaspoons minced fresh cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions


  1. Blend peanut butter, coconut milk, cilantro, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and cayenne pepper in a blender until smooth.
