This recipe whips up a whole pitcher of mojitos with plenty of mint leaves and limes for a refreshing summer drink. Pour one for you and 5 friends and enjoy.


  • Ā½ cup white sugar
  • 36 leaves fresh mint, or to taste
  • 3 fruit (2" dia)s limes, quartered
  • 1 cup rum (such as BacardiĀ®)
  • 1 liter club soda


  1. Muddle sugar and mint leaves together in pitcher until leaves are well broken down. Add limes and muddle until limes are juiced. Stir rum into sugar mixture; add club soda and stir until sugar is dissolved.
