Milk and Cookies Ice Pops


These ice pops made with chocolate chip cookies, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream turn a classic pairing into a cool summer treat.


  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • ⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 chocolate chip cookies


  1. Mix heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk together in a bowl until combined.
  2. Place 2 chocolate chip cookies in each ice pop mold. Fill with cream mixture and insert sticks.
  3. Freeze ice pops until solid, at least 4 hours.
