- ⅓ cup lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic, or more to taste
- 1 cup frozen cooked salad shrimp, thawed
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- Heat a skillet over high heat. Melt lemon juice, butter, and lemon zest together. Add shrimp and garlic; season with pepper. Cook until shrimp are hot, about 3 minutes.
