Instant Pot® Pulled Pork and Beans

This is very fast and easy way to use up leftover pulled pork with only a handful of ingredients--add pinto beans, barbecue sauce, and onion for a 30-minute dinner.

  • 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, undrained
  • 1 cup cooked pulled pork, chopped
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • ½ red onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup water

  1. Combine pinto beans, pulled pork, barbecue sauce, onion, and water in a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®). Close and lock the lid. Select high pressure according to manufacturer's instructions; set timer for 2 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.
  2. Release pressure carefully using the quick-release method according to manufacturer's instructions, about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid.
