Honeydew Punch


Honeydew melon, lemon, kale, and sweet potato make for a zesty, refreshing combo in this sweet green juice the color of party punch.


  • ½ honeydew melon, peeled and seeded
  • 1 sweet potato, peeled
  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • ¼ lemon, peeled and seeded
  • 3 leaves kale
  • 1 (2 inch) piece fresh ginger root


  1. Process honeydew melon, sweet potato, Granny Smith apple, lemon, kale leaves, and ginger root in a juicer. Stir juice thoroughly.
  2. Pour juice into two 1-pint jars. Chill before serving.
