Healthy Strawberry Apriplum Yogurt Smoothie


Apriplum (a hybrid of apricot and plum) adds a unique taste to this healthy strawberry and Greek yogurt smoothie that is quick and easy.


  • 2 cups hulled strawberries
  • 2 apriplums, pitted and sliced into sections
  • ⅓ cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt (such as Chobani®)
  • 1 teaspoon ground toasted coconut
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed meal
  • 1 ½ cups whole milk


  1. Combine strawberries, apriplums, yogurt, coconut, flax seed in a blender. Pour in milk; pulse until smooth.
