Dairy-Free Keto Hot Cocoa


This keto-friendly hot cocoa features MCT oil, egg, cacao powder, but no ingredients containing dairy.


  • ¾ cup boiling water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) oil
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 5 drops vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 7 drops liquid stevia, or to taste


  1. Combine boiling water, egg, MCT oil, cacao powder, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender. Whip until well mixed and frothy. Add enough stevia to reach desired sweetness.
