I learned this cinnamon tortilla recipe in college. Makes a sweet, low fat and filling treat. Best of all it's made in the microwave!
- 1 (10 inch) flour tortilla
- 2 teaspoons butter-flavored spread
- 1 ½ tablespoons cinnamon sugar
- Spread tortilla with butter-flavored spread; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Roll into a tube shape, then place on a microwave safe plate. Microwave on High for 30 seconds to warm.
