This four ingredient smoothie with sunflower seed butter can satisfy a chocolate craving in a healthier way. Feel free to add ice if you want a thicker smoothie.


  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate-flavored protein powder (such as FitMiss®)
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seed butter
  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder


  1. Pour almond milk into a blender. Add protein powder, sunflower seed butter, and cocoa powder. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
