Chocolate Almond Bites


Chocolate almond bites made with oats, almond butter, chocolate, and chia seeds are a great on-the-go, no-bake snack that is gluten-free.


  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds


  1. Mix oats, almond butter, honey, chocolate chips, flax seeds, and chia seeds together in a bowl; refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Scoop mixture into balls and place on a plate or baking sheet; store in refrigerator.
