- 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- ½ cup almond butter
- ⅓ cup honey
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- Mix oats, almond butter, honey, chocolate chips, flax seeds, and chia seeds together in a bowl; refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Scoop mixture into balls and place on a plate or baking sheet; store in refrigerator.
