Celery Smoothie


Celery and pear are blended into a healthy, low-calorie, hydrating smoothie with a touch of fresh lemon juice for a bit of zing.


  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 green pear, cored and cubed
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 18 ounces water
  • ice, or to taste


  1. Combine pear, celery, water, and ice in a blender; blend until smooth. Pour in lemon juice and blend to combine. Serve immediately.
