This is a great vegan carrot smoothie that is the perfect pick-me-up after exercising. You can sweeten it with dates or leave them out.
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2 dates, pitted and chopped (Optional)
- 10 toasted almonds
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds
- 2 pinches ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- Combine almond milk, carrots, dates, almonds, hemp seeds, flax seeds, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a blender; blend until smooth.
